The amount of food has been calculated based on the physical activities you have provided us with, as well as your parameters (height, weight, etc).
For optimal results we best advise that you follow the meal plan as closely as possible, but if you wish you can reduce the amount of food to better suit your needs.
Please bear in mind that the underlying goal of the ketogenic diet is not for you to eat less, but to eat healthy.
