During the Keto diet except water you can drink coffee, green tea, cacao or special Keto smoothies. Allowed sweeteners on Keto are stevia and erythritol. Some teas are keto friendly, some may not be. Pure teas, including white tea, green tea, black tea, oolong tea, and pu-erh, are keto friendly on their own. The main thing to watch out for is fruits and other ingredients that may contain carbohydrates.
